Payment Policy
How payments are processed, secured, and verified on Ascendoria.
Last updated: 2026-10 · Version: 1.0
1. Payment Methods
Payments are processed via Hosted Checkout (cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay) or offline Bank Transfer with receipt-based verification. Payments are processed in SAR unless otherwise stated. Ascendoria is not a bank or licensed financial institution.
2. Security & Verification
Card data is handled entirely on the payment provider's secure hosted page — Ascendoria never sees or stores it. Payment confirmation relies on signed webhook callbacks; the return URL alone is never treated as proof of payment. Each transaction has a unique reference, and the final price is verified on the backend so the frontend cannot tamper with it.
3. Holds & Prohibited Conduct
Transactions may be held temporarily for security checks, disputes, fraud suspicion, or legal requirements. Using a payment method you are not entitled to use, fake payment data, manipulating payments or refunds, and fee circumvention are prohibited and may lead to account action.
4. Fees Disclosure
All fees are disclosed in full before completing a transaction, whenever technically possible. Platform fees are currently free (مجانًا · Free); any future fees will be announced in advance and applied according to the mechanism announced in the platform.
