1. Honesty & Authenticity
No fraud, identity theft, or impersonation. Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings, referrals, contests, or to circumvent bans or fees. Do not post fake projects, jobs, purchases, or reviews.
2. Respect Other People's Work
Do not steal, copy, or resell work you have no right to use, and do not infringe intellectual property or others' privacy. Do not use the platform in illegal activities or to offer prohibited services.
3. Fair Play in Contests & Disputes
Do not abuse the contest system with fake entries or manipulated ratings, and do not abuse the dispute system with bad-faith claims. Do not threaten or extort users — including via ratings or disputes.
4. Safe Communication
No spam, phishing, harassment, hate speech, malware, or malicious links. Automated moderation and security systems may review activity where needed, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5. Enforcement
Violations are handled progressively: notice, warning, restriction, suspension, and closure — with immediate action for serious violations. Where appropriate, you may respond or appeal through support.
